Youngray Industrial, which has been promoting the high-value recycling and treatment of waste cooking oil, has once again made headlines this year after winning the Golden Ship Award last year. The company has been honored with the "Taiwan Circular Economy Award - Outstanding Innovation Technology" in its fourth edition. Youngray Industrial is deeply rooted in the circular economy field and is the only organization in Taiwan specializing in waste cooking oil processing. Understanding the global pain points of low waste cooking oil recycling rates, Youngray has developed exclusive AIOT smart machines. These machines have obtained over 40 patents both domestically and internationally. The company is committed to transforming waste cooking oil into low-carbon, clean SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) raw materials, which are provided to multiple countries as SAF aviation fuel, showcasing outstanding performance.

Youngray Industrial has been deeply engaged in the high-value treatment of waste cooking oil for many years, primarily supplying SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) raw materials to renowned oil companies abroad. To establish a robust operational development and management system, Youngray has developed the "DGM Smart Waste Cooking Oil Machine." This machine integrates the Internet of Things (IoT) to upload data to the cloud using a blockchain management model. Every drop of recovered oil is meticulously recorded in the cloud, ensuring it cannot be falsified or altered. Buyers can access the product origin history through the cloud, monitor the recovery progress of each order, and review relevant data analysis.

In addition to its ability to instantly identify the source of waste cooking oil, the DGM smart machine integrates AIOT smart computing, effectively reducing the recovery cost of waste cooking oil and lowering carbon emissions by up to 80%.

For businesses, after recycling waste cooking oil using the machine, they can immediately receive cashback through a mobile app. Currently, over 30 machines have been installed across Taiwan, including in night markets, shopping districts, and markets. There are plans to set up more than 100 machines by the end of this year (2023). This initiative is expected to help major domestic and international companies promote the production of low-carbon oil products and accelerate the achievement of the net zero carbon emissions goal by 2050.

Chairman Lin Hsiu-An of Youngray Industrial expressed his pleasure at receiving recognition from the judges. He noted that net zero carbon emissions is an issue of great importance to every country. With the company's innovative technologies and operational models, he hopes that the DGM smart recycling system will help increase domestic waste cooking oil recycling and promote the business model globally. In the future, Youngray Industrial will remain committed to doing its part for the Earth's environment.
